Sue Chen

Before co-founding PVCM in 2009, Sue founded, managed, and successfully exited three companies; She was also one of the earliest professionals to assist Chinese enterprises to list on international capital markets. Since 1994, she has participated in the restructuring and listing of more than 200 Chinese enterprises. She is also experienced in real estate investment management. She served as the Asia Pacific Director of a global leading real estate company, managing its real estate investment and valuation services.
Since the founding of PVCM, she has been responsible for its China’s private equity investment in new energy, health care, consumer goods and real estate investment.

Chenhui Wen

Dr. Wen co-founded PVCM in 2008. Prior to PVCM, he worked as an investment manager in New York City for 8 years with 2 major hedge funds. Mr. Wen has a Ph.D from Columbia Medical School and MBA from Columbia Business School.

Matthew Moore

Over the past 20 years, Matthew has gained extensive experience as a successful entrepreneur and has led businesses in a variety of industries including technology, mobility and logistics. Matthew has an LL.B (Law and Business) from Trinity College Dublin. He has been awarded a scholarship from the Trinity Centre for Asian Studies to complete an M.Phil in Chinese Studies.

Kathy Hao

Kathy has over 20 years of valuation and corporate advisory experience, prior to joining PVCM, she worked for a global leading real estate company, managing its real estate investment and valuation services. Kathy is experienced in risk control and data analysis in the real estate advisory industry. She has been a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2008.

Laura Cash

Laura is an experienced events and hospitality manager having worked with both Irish and International clients and is currently assisting the executives of Prime Value Capital Management (PVCM) which offers investment management services to individual and institutional clients in both public and private markets.

Director of Sales & Marketing

Neil Zhang

Neil Zhang, China University of Political Science and Law, majoring in law, has been engaged in marketing and sales management for more than 10 years and is responsible for the marketing and sales management of wealth management and investment immigration industries in mainland China. Participate in the formulation of market strategies, distributor system construction and process management of customer service. He is responsible for the daily management of the marketing and sales team and for completing the annual marketing plan.

Helen is an expert in the fields of Human Resource Management and Investor Relations Management with over 20 years’ experience. Mrs Guo received her Master of Human Resource from Smurfit Graduate Business School, University College Dublin.

Claire Liu

Claire joined PVCM in 2015 and is head of operations in China with responsibility for administration and sales. Claire has been engaged in immigration work for nearly 10 years and brings with her a professional and earnest approach to all services offered to partners and customers.

Ivy Chen

Ivy is a fully qualified designer with 7 years professional working experience. Already skilled in Adobe Creative software’s such as AI, PS, ID, and PR, Ivy is currently receiving training on AE, and other designing software. Ivy specialises in media advertisement, editing, promotion, and managing all social media platforms.
